Current Positions

Geo-Environmental Engineer

We are looking for a geo-environmental engineer with a degree in geology or similar earth science discipline or a degree in environmental science with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a geo-environmental consultancy. We are looking for an engineer with good knowledge of desk study researches, ground investigation, geotechnical / contamination assessment and site remediation, and the drive and ambition to learn more.

The successful candidate will be involved in the design and supervision of site investigations, foundation excavations, earthworks, site remediation and the writing of technical and interpretative reports. A good standard or report writing will be required.

Graduate Geo-Environmental Engineer

Travis Baker Geo-Environmental are looking for an enthusiastic graduate geo-environmental engineer to join the small but expanding team in our Halesowen office.  The successful candidate will have a good geology, engineering geology, applied geology or environmental science degree.

Daily duties will include desk study researches and the procurement, supervision and reporting on site investigations.  You will also be required to carry out site inspections and ground gas/ground water monitoring.  The successful engineer will be responsible for the preparation of contaminated land risk assessments and remediation strategy reports.

The suitable candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills and an excellent work ethic.

A full UK driving licence is required.
