- Full Transport Assessment – scope included 20 major junctions within a congested highway network
- Negotiation of highway mitigation strategy with three highway authorities (including Highways England)
- Development of a public transport strategy to serve the development
- Internal road hierarchy and street network design
- Flood Risk Assessment and development of detailed drainage strategy
- Detailed design of new site access roundabout
